Logistics policy

1.     Order Processing Time:
We are committed to processing your orders quickly. All PREMADE orders will be picked, quality-checked, and packed within 6-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If you place an order after 2:00PM,it may be processed on the next business day. During peak sales events, processing times may be extended to 3-5 business days. 

l   IMPORTANT NOTE: For the customized order, our standard process timeline is 3-4weeks, however continual changes during the proofing process can and will likely delay this timeframe)

2.      International Shipping Options:
We offer a variety of economical international delivery services. Actual delivery times depend on customs clearance speed and the efficiency of the local carrier.

3.     Shipping Costs & Duties:

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. 

Customs Duties/Taxes:
Important Notice: International orders may incur import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country/region. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient (you). We cannot estimate these amounts in advance. We recommend you check your local customs policies beforehand.

4.     Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package's real-time progress by clicking the link in the email or by checking the "My Account -> My Orders" section on our website.

l Tracking Information Delayed? There may be a 24-48 hour delay in tracking status updates. If your package status hasn't updated for an extended period, please contact our customer service with your order number, and we will follow up with the carrier for you.

5.     Customs Clearance Notice:

Assisting with Clearance: Depending on the destination country's customs requirements, you may need to provide identification information (e.g., recipient's ID number) to assist with clearance. We will guide you through this process via SMS/email.

6.      Package Inspection: If a package is delayed due to customs inspection, or if it is deemed non-compliant with import regulations (e.g., involving prohibited items), leading to return or destruction, related losses and costs will be borne by the buyer. Please ensure the items you purchase are permitted for import into your destination country.

7.     International Return & Exchange Policy:

Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

8.     Why Accurate Addresses Matter: Ensuring Your Package Arrives Safely

In the world of international logistics, precision is everything. When you place an order with us, our goal is to get your package to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. However, to make this happen, we need your help.

l   The Importance of a Correct Shipping Address

International shipping involves a complex chain of carriers, customs agencies, and local postal services. Each step relies on one critical piece of information: the address you provide at checkout.

Even a small error—such as a missing apartment number, a misspelled street name, or an incorrect postal code—can cause significant delays. In many cases, it can lead to the package being returned to the sender or, unfortunately, destroyed by customs or the local carrier.

Unlike domestic shipping, intercepting or correcting an address for an international package is often impossible once the item has left our warehouse.

l   Our Policy on Address Issues

To keep our prices fair and our operations efficient, please note our policy regarding address corrections:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. Please double-check your details before confirming your order. Pay special attention to spellings, building numbers, and contact phone numbers (which are often used by couriers for delivery assistance).
  • No free reshipments. If a package is returned to us, abandoned, or destroyed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will not provide a free replacement.
  • Reshipment fees. If you wish to have the order resent after an address error, you will be required to pay the full shipping fee again. If the original package is lost or destroyed and cannot be returned to us, refunds for the product cost may not be available.

l   How to Avoid Issues

To ensure your order reaches you without a hitch, please follow these simple steps:

1.      Use Latin Characters: If you live in a country that does not use the Latin alphabet (e.g., China, Japan, UAE, etc.), please provide your address in English (Latin characters) to ensure our shipping system and international carriers can read it.

2.      Include All Details: Do not forget apartment numbers, suite numbers, building names, or landmarks if they are essential for finding your location.

3.      Verify Your Input: Before clicking “Place Order,” compare your entered address with your official postal records or a recent utility bill.

4.      Contact Us Immediately: If you realize you made a mistake right after ordering, contact our support team within 24 hours. We may be able to edit the address before the order is processed and shipped. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

9.     Prohibited Items & Special Instructions

Service Coverage:
Currently, we are unable to ship to the following regions:

l   Mexico

l   All countries: Delivery to APO/FPO military addresses and Amazon addresses is not available. 

l   Poland: Packstation addresses are accepted only in the following four cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, and Krakow. Maximum size and weight limit for Packstation collection points: 60x40x35cm. 

l   Delivery service is not available to Poland or Swedish outlying islands. 

l   United Kingdom: Postal service is not available to British overseas territories (such as the British Indian Ocean Territory and the British Virgin Islands).

l   Sweden: For some last-mile delivery options, self-pickup (at designated pickup points or lockers) is only supported. Recipients must provide accurate and complete contact information. Incorrect information may result in delivery failure. 

l   Additional charges apply to Hokkaido, Japan. 

l   Service is not available to Spain for postal codes starting with 07/35/38/51/52. 

l   Portugal: Service is not available in the cities of Azores and Madeira, nor for postal codes starting with 9. 

l   Norway: POBOX addresses are public service mailboxes; delivery tracking cannot be provided for last-mile deliveries. 

l   France: Delivery is not available to French overseas departments/military addresses or to French outlying islands.

l   Additionally, items such as liquids, powders, products containing batteries, and food are restricted by air shipping regulations and cannot be shipped via certain methods. Specific eligibility will be indicated at checkout.
